Sale conditions

These sale conditions only are applicable to order and shipment of goods that the customer made on the website: CheveuxNaturels.

Products and prices

Prices are in following currencies: CHF, EUR or USD depends on customer choice.
Are included in the price only product and shipping cost.
Customer must pay custom fee and importation fee; these will be taxed by relevant authority. CheveuxNaturels reserves the right to modify product price at anytime without warning. Order set before price update will not be affected by it.
Products are property of CheveuxNaturels until end of payment process

Secure payment

CheveuxNaturels uses highly secure and trusted payment platform which ensures a full security and confidentiality.
All information are encrypted before sent to our financial intermediaries Saferpay and SIX Payment Services SA. CheveuxNaturels has no access to these information.

Shipping fee

CheveuxNaturels undertakes to make the shipment within 48h (two business days) after order reception. For colored hair this delay is extended from 3 days to 45 days. Customer is responsible for consistent and complete address information.
The customer can consult at anytime his order shipment status in section: Order tracking

Good return

The customer can use his guarantee "Satisfied or reimbursed" within delay of 14 days after reception of order (the Date is relevant to Post office stamp) for all items marked "in stock" at the time of ordering.
Only goods which still are available to sale, unused, unopened and still packed in its default packaging are reimbursable. For all other items not labeled "in stock", the right for a refund is not applicable as they will be custom made by our workshops.
Risks and costs relevant to goods return (lost, damage, shipment) are charge of the customer.
Refund requests will be made by a credit on the customer's account.

Responsibilities

Products descriptions pictures are not contractual, consequently sensible differences between products and pictures can occur, CheveuxNaturels declines all relevant responsibilities.
The customer declares to have read and agreed all conditions from disclaimer by validating his order.
The general sale conditions are under Swiss Law and can be modified at any time without warning

Intellectual property

Illustrations, pictures, comments and each component from CheveuxNaturels are exclusive property of CheveuxNaturels and partners.
In accordance to the Swiss Law concerning intellectual property, any use, reproduction or partial reproduction without CheveuxNaturels's authorization are prohibited.

Complaint and litigation

Complaint about product can be made by E-mail.
In case of litigation, if both parts can not settle difference out of court, litigation will be brought to court of law of Neuchâtel. Swiss law will be applicated.
