Swimming pool

- Comb your hair.
- Make a braid.
- Put a swimming cap to protect your hair.
- Try to keep your head out of the water to avoid getting your hair wet.
- When you get out of the swimming pool, abundantly rinse your hair to remove the chlorine.
- Detach your hair and wash them normally as indicated in the preceding pages : Sleek/Wavy hair or Curly hair
Important : The chlorine of the swimming pool damages your hair. With hair extensions, it is the same thing. They will thus tend to dry more quickly. Do not hesitate to use a capillary mask with keratin after having washed them with a shampoo.
Beach / Sun

At the sea, you don't need to take the same precautions as at the swimming pool.
- Each time you go out of the water, rinse your hair with fresh water.
- Use a no rinse hair conditioner. And then comb your hair.
Important : Sea water and the sun burns your hair. With hair extensions, the result is the same one. The best thing would be to use a no rinse hair conditioner with solar filter. Moreover, avoid long exposure to the sun.
Sauna or Turkish bath
You can go there without problems. However, if you go there more than twice per week, you risk to decrease the lifespan of your hair extensions. To avoid that, proceed as follows :

- Comb your hair. Then apply a capillary mask (maximum once per week) on the entire length. The heat of the sauna or the Turkish bath will help your capillary mask to penetrate in your hair extensions to give them an in-depth care.
- When you go out, rinse your hair abundantly.
- Wash your hair normally as indicated in the preceding pages :
