Shipping fee : Cheveux-Naturels.com undertakes to make the shipment within 48h (two business days) after order reception.
For colored hair this delay is extended from 2 days to 2 weeks. For a mixed order (Natural hair and Colored hair), if impossible to send the whole order within 48h, two shipment will be done. In this case the additional shipment cost will be charge of Cheveux-Naturels.com. Order shipment delay can vary depending on products availability, payment mode and destination country.
All shipments are done with Swiss Post service with selected shipment mode. Cheveux-Naturels.com declines all responsibilities about shipment process which is relevant to Swiss Post Services.
Shipping costs are set from Swiss Post prices and depend on destination country, shipment mode and total order weight.
Customer is responsible for consistent and complete address information.
In case of returned shipment because of false or incomplete address, additional shipping cost will charge of customer. The shipping delay set in general sale conditions will be no more effective and applicable.
In case of reimbursement request after returned shipment due to wrong address, only product price will be reimbursed since shipment cost is charge of the customer.

Good return : The customer can use his guarantee "Satisfied or reimbursed" within delay of 5 days after reception of order (the Date is relevant to Post office stamp).
Only goods which still are available to sale, unused, unopened and still packed in its default packaging are reimbursable.
The expenses of exchange are entirely dealt with by Cheveux-Naturels.com. For a refunding of an order not dispatched yet by Cheveux-Naturels.com, the customer will be refunded totality of the order. For a refunding of an order returned by the customer, Cheveux-Naturels.com will retain 10% of the value of the order to on sale cover the expenses of handing-over of the products.
Risks and costs relevant to goods return (lost, damage, shipment) are charge of the customer.
